Following recent teases,EthereumNFT project Goblintown revealed and droppeda trailer for its upcoming PC and Mac game, Goblintown: Really Hard Driving Game, which will be available to play viaSteamand theEpic Games Store.

The game trailer depicts the crypto-native IP’s familiar Goblintown Burger Truck in what the developers toldDecryptis a"foddian" game—an extremely difficult, obstacle course experience akin to games like Getting Over It and Only Up.

“It’s really hard, by the way, honestly, it’s incredibly hard,” read the end credits for the game’s first official trailer. “When my mom played she immediately drove off the side and crashed because it’s so hard.”

Though Goblintown has roots in Web3, the game will not have any crypto or NFT connection. Though theEpic Games Store allowsblockchain based games, Valve’s popular Steam marketplacebanned themin October 2021—though some creatorshave employed workarounds.

“The game is a straight Web2 game using our IP and world,” Truth Labs co-founder and CEOAlexander TaubtoldDecrypt.

Goblintown: Really Hard Driving Game is still 60-90 days out from release, according to Taub, but more details will be released as it gets closer—including how Goblintown will be connected toAbstract,the consumer-focused Ethereumlayer-2 networkthat was recently launched by thePudgy Penguinsparent company, Igloo Inc.

“Abstract has a big focus on streaming, and we think our game will be one of the most fun games to stream in 2025,” he said.

Goblintown is not entirely new to Steam. In 2023, Goblintown imagery wasfeatured heavilyin popular Steam game Only Up, which was able to use the artwork as it was originally released via an open-source Creative Commons 0 (CC0) license.

However, the developer of the game—who went only by Indiesolodev—removed it from Steam a few months later.

“I'm a solo developer and this game is my first experience in game dev—a game I did for creativity, to test myself, and where I made a lot of mistakes,” they wrote. “The game has kept me under a lot of stress all these months. Now I want to put the game behind me.”

Amid the announcement of the official Really Hard Driving Game, the original Goblintown NFT collection is up nearly 20% in the last 24 hours to $573, according toNFT Price Floor.

Michael Jordan - Crown Collection
“All you needed was one little match to start that whole fire.”- Michael Jordan. In regards to both the action on the court and everything that happened off of it, Jordan provided a spark that changed the future in so many different ways throughout his tenure in Chicago, and even decades after the fact. And, in the end, he got everything that he wanted when he began his NBA journey: he turned the team and organization as a whole into a respected program, like the dynasties he looked up to as a child. Having steered the Chicago Bulls to an incredible six championship rings in eight years from 1991-1998, scooping up five MVP awards in the process, Jordan is one of just a handful of superstars who have truly transcended their sports. Jordan and Scottie Pippen’s (right) relationship both on and off the pitch was arguably the foundation of the Bulls’ incredible success. Scottie Pippen was present with Jordan for all six championships in eight seasons. Dennis Rodman (left) His relentless and smart play perfectly suited what Jordan and Jackson wanted to do to take the Bulls to greater heights. Although his exploits off the court earned him special fame, Rodman was unquestionably one of the greatest basketball players of his generation and one of the finest defensive players in the history of the game.

Cypher::Prophet
Cypher::Prophet is an artwork dedicated to the punk origins of blockchain designed and realized by hackatao and hex6c. In the transposition into images we started from the iconographic canons of the hacker (hoodie, laptop, cryptographic elements) and associated them with the figure of the prophet, thus highlighting the predictive nature of the works of Eric Hughes (Cypherpunk Manifesto, 1988) and Timothy C. May (Crypto Anarchist Manifesto, 1993) as well as of the blockchain inventors Stuart Haber and Scott Stornetta (How to Time-Stamp a Digital Document, The Journal of Cryptography, 1991).
