UTAhas signed Deadfellaz — anNFTproject with holders that include Reese Witherspoon, Lionel Richie, Steve Aoki, Dillon Francis and Alexis Ohanian — forrepresentationin all areas.

Similar to other generative NFT art collections likeCryptoPunksand Bored Apes, which include profile pictures of the aforementioned characters with a variety of different features, the Deadfellaz project has 10,000 different NFTs of the collection’s zombie characters. Deadfellaz NFT holders, referred to as “The Horde,” gain access to virtual events and new collections, among other benefits. The collection, which has a market cap of $38 million, is sold on the Ethereum blockchain and has amassed 26.3K ETH, or roughly $80 million, in sales to date, according to OpenSea.

The collection was minted last August and co-created by two individuals who go by “Betty” and “Psych.” The UTA signing comes on the heels of other major NFT art projects, likeLarva LabsCryptoPunks, Meebits and Autoglyphscollections, joining the agency’s roster.

“We’re really excited to support not only a female-led project, but one that has continually vouched for authentic inclusivity and diversity in web3 since its inception,” Lesley Silverman, the head of Web3 at UTA, said of the Deadfellaz signing. “Betty and Psych are true visionaries and leaders and we’re looking forward to all the ways we can work with them to bring value to the Deadfellaz community and make the metaverse a more equitable space.”

UTA will work with the Deadfellaz co-creators as they look to expand the project into other mediums like brand partnerships, merchandising, gaming and live events.

“It is an honor and a pleasure to work with the team at UTA, who understand both the web3 space and our vision for Deadfellaz deeply,” Betty said in a statement. “This relationship combined with our boundary-pushing innovation paints a very exciting picture for the future of The Horde.”

Ringers #621
There are an almost infinite number of ways to wrap a string around a set of pegs. On the surface it may seem like a simple concept but prepare to be surprised and delighted at the variety of combinations the algorithm can produce. Each output from 'Ringers' is derived from a unique transaction hash and generated in Javascript in the browser. Feature variations include peg count, sizing, layout, wrap orientation, and a few colorful flourishes for good measure. Additional project feature(s) => Background: Red, Size: Normal, Wrap orientation: Balanced, Wrap style: Loop, Peg layout: Recursive grid, Peg scaling: Uniform, Body: White, Peg style: Solid, Extra color: N/A, Peg count: 23

Good day! Kitty #189915 here. I'm here to enjoy eating lasagna and tricking babies. My friends describe me as "smelly." It's... accurate. Purrhaps this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
Fuku-Shiva
The term “Fuku” refers to fortune or good luck. “Shiva” refers to the Hindu deity who represents strongly polar qualities, both severe and delicate. On a beach inspired by adventures on Phi Phi island in Thailand, three youths cavort. Two are representational figures and the third is psychologically rendered. A dynamic relationship ensues between the triad; a reciprocity of active and passive states. The boy on the right engages in maneuvers of evasion, defense, and is dressed in a speedo which reiterates the colors and symbolism of the caution tape on the left and upper right frame of the composition. In concurrent reaction the psychedelic figure shoots out a rocket powered paper airplane. The nude boy seated in the froth and sand approaches in passive repose, and is met with active attention but equal physical reserve by the psychedelic being. Perhaps the most naked figure is also the least representational. Looming large, dynamic, and active, it engages its companions playfully. Various symbols interject into the otherwise naturalistic scene, most notably a beach ball and two contaminated barrels nested in the sand. The upright barrel reads “FukuShima” in Kanji. The barrel laying down reads “Dharma”. To the left the scene is bounded by caution tape, reiterating the danger of the nuclear waste while also hosting alien archetypes, whose presence, as is the nature of these entities, runs up and just behind the consciousness of the psychedelic figure’s eggshell-like skull.
