Having been given the honor of being curated by select OG NFT artists to have work shown at the live Dreamverse Gallery in NY, produced by Metapurse and presented in partnership with TIME, I created this piece with that event and honor in mind.
Each layer and cell of this piece was illustrated with traditional methods, pencil, brush, ink, then colored and animated digitally.
The painstaking but rewarding process is used to give the work an old school look and charm, if such a macabre scene can have charm. This has all the hallmarks of what Arsenic Lullaby is known for in his own projects, in Mad Magazine, and on Comedy Central… skillfully precise, and whimsically dire.
