Having the fog roll into the city during the evening hours is an extremely rare phenomenon in the UAE and I was fortunate to capture this incredible event when I was standing near the Burj Khalifa. To witness Burj Khalifa shimmer its reflected light due to the fog gave birth to a very surreal effect that can never be replicated.
This image also received an honorary mention in the commended category of the Sony Photography Awards 2018.
