This year has been tough for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), especially since the general crypto winter began sometime in June. The market meltdown has left the trading sales volume of NFTs plunging roughly 97% since January.

The market winter has impacted a series of digital assets, with many digital assets now shedding more than 70% of their floor prices in the past 90 days. A certain 0N1 Force NFT owned by celebrity Logan Paul is a perfect example, dropping to a fraction of its former value.

Logan Paul’s 0N1 Force NFT is Now Worth $10

Logan Paul, an American YouTube personality, purchased a rare ‘Bumblebee’0N1 Force NFTfor $623,000 back in 2021. 0N1 Force is an NFT collection featuring 7,777 generative side-profile characters with over 100 hand-drawn features. Today their floor price is just 0.29 ETH onOpenSea.

The NFT artwork has attracted heated discussion online within the crypto community over its current value amid the general bear market. Earlier today, Twitter userWatcher.gururemarked that the artwork has since dropped to $10 in value.

Watcher.guruinitially mistook the NFT for an Azuki, as 0N1 Force NFTs have a similar anime style. Some NFT collectors pointed out the error, also stating the Azuki collection was originally a derivative of 0N1 Force before becoming more successful.

‘My NFT is Worth Essentially Nothing’

In a July 13 blog post, Paul confirmed that his NFT artwork had fallen to near-zero.

At the time, he began offering a replica of the NFT artwork to pump its NFT price to prevent it from sinking further.

It’s also worth noting that Logan PaulacquiredRock #65 and Rock #68 NFTs at $60,000 and $95,000, respectively, in August 2021. Again, these digital collectibles are today worth next to nothing, with NFT Rock #65 now offered for just $25 onOpenSea.

At the time of publishing, the value of other Paul’s collections onOpenSea, which includes NFTs such as CryptoPunks (PUNKs), World of Women (WoW), and Azuki (AZUKI), had dropped significantly in their floor prices.

Nonetheless, the NFT market continues ushering in more and more digital collectibles despite the market meltdown. Last week,Tamadogeunleashed its ultra–rare NFT collection, featuring a limited edition set of 100 dog-themed NFTs.

Hi-ya! I'm Kitty #299638. I'm often referred to as the Cersei Lannister of the group. When no one's home, I invite my pals over and we listen to Justin Bieber. I hope you like kitten around as much as I do!
Fuku-Shiva
The term “Fuku” refers to fortune or good luck. “Shiva” refers to the Hindu deity who represents strongly polar qualities, both severe and delicate. On a beach inspired by adventures on Phi Phi island in Thailand, three youths cavort. Two are representational figures and the third is psychologically rendered. A dynamic relationship ensues between the triad; a reciprocity of active and passive states. The boy on the right engages in maneuvers of evasion, defense, and is dressed in a speedo which reiterates the colors and symbolism of the caution tape on the left and upper right frame of the composition. In concurrent reaction the psychedelic figure shoots out a rocket powered paper airplane. The nude boy seated in the froth and sand approaches in passive repose, and is met with active attention but equal physical reserve by the psychedelic being. Perhaps the most naked figure is also the least representational. Looming large, dynamic, and active, it engages its companions playfully. Various symbols interject into the otherwise naturalistic scene, most notably a beach ball and two contaminated barrels nested in the sand. The upright barrel reads “FukuShima” in Kanji. The barrel laying down reads “Dharma”. To the left the scene is bounded by caution tape, reiterating the danger of the nuclear waste while also hosting alien archetypes, whose presence, as is the nature of these entities, runs up and just behind the consciousness of the psychedelic figure’s eggshell-like skull.

This is the second collaborative piece that I have created with the very talented Dutch artist, @eattheart23. Here, a samurai warrior stands guard, honour bound to protect his master even to the death.
